In an effort to realise my potential as a world class athlete, I’ve now been out running twice.
Thus far, I have leaned the following:
- I can actually do this
- I really don’t need any special equipment – just comfortable shoes
- Take it easy for the first 5 – 10 minutes
- Keep an eye out for surprise barking dogs
- I may not like the excersise itself, but I feel good afterwards
- The next time is always the hardest
