Apparently, some of the benefits of weight training include:
- Stronger – muscle, tendon and ligament (I read this somewhere. I know what muscles are. I am a bit fuzzy on the others.)
- More confident
- More alert
- Better physique
- Better posture
- More attractive (Hey!)
- More energy
- Increased flexibility
- Increased Resistance to nasty illnesses like heart disease, diabetes and cancer.
All good. The trick, of course, is to actually do some training.
